Service Description

The whole Bay Park studio, just for your group. A Weekend Private Ear Party is 2 hours on a Saturday or Sunday, 9–11am or 4–6pm, for 4–8 guests. Nobody else is booked while you're here. What's included • A styled ear consult for every guest: we help each person choose placement and jewelry at the mirror • Each guest's piercing at our regular menu price, with implant-grade titanium jewelry included • 10% off 14k gold for every guest, on the day • A keepsake photo card for every guest • For the guest of honour: a 14k gold prong end of their choice from what we have in stock, on us Minimum spend: $750 Everything your group buys during the party counts toward it: piercings, jewelry, gold and aftercare. Tips and tax don't count. Guests can pay for themselves, or the host can pay for everyone. If the group spends less than $750, the host pays the difference. Deposit: $150 Paid online to secure your date. It's non-refundable and comes off your bill on the day. Rescheduling You can move your party once, up to 48 hours before. Your deposit moves with you. Less than 48 hours' notice or a no-show means the deposit is kept. Times and ages • Mornings, 9–11am: all ages, including babies from 6 months • Late afternoons, 4–6pm: ages 5 and up Prefer a weekday? Our weekday Private Ear Party has a $500 minimum. Good to know • Every guest under 18 needs their own parent or legal guardian at the party, with photo ID, plus a document for the child showing their name and date of birth (birth certificate, passport, health insurance card, vaccine record, or school ID). Legal guardians bring guardianship papers too. • Every guest signs a waiver before arriving. We'll text you the link. • We don't serve food or drinks, and alcohol isn't allowed. We can't pierce anyone who appears to be under the influence. • Up to 6 guests: one piercer. 7–8 guests: two piercers. • This is a booking request. We'll confirm your date with you personally.
