Returns & Exchanges

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Worn jewelry

• Opened jewelry

• Jewelry purchased in-studio

This policy protects the safety of all clients.

Defective Items

​

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@thepiercingsclub.com.

Items will be evaluated for structural defects unrelated to normal wear.

Aftercare Products

Aftercare products, including saline sprays, are non-refundable once opened.
