Appointment Policy — The Piercings Club

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you and your piercer. Our policies ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all guests.

 

Deposits

​

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your final service total.

Rescheduling

​

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.

​

Late Arrivals

​

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability.

​

No-Shows

​

Failure to attend without notice may result in:

• Loss of deposit

• Requirement of full prepayment for future bookings

Minors

​

A legal guardian must be present for all minor appointments with valid identification and required documentation.
